Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese and egg in a small, microwave-safe mug or ramekin. Blend thoroughly with a fork or immersion blender until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder to the mug. Mix until just combined and no dry streaks remain. Do not overmix.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips, if using.
